Position Summary
Increase sales by growing website and dealership traffic. Fine-tune information on the dealership website and ensure that it is up to date. Continually provide enticements for online shoppers to return to the dealership's website. Ensure that every step in online shoppers' navigation adds value to their buying process.
Candidate would be Involved in measuring departmental success (sales, service, parts), prospecting and tracking, analyzing sales leads, and circulating up-to-date sales reports. Respond to Internet customer inquiries, and ensure the dealership's profit and customer satisfaction goals and objectives reach projections.
Requirements

? Understand the personality profile of a successful Internet sales staff
